The mixed-use development will feature a 35-story high-rise building, combining a shopping mall, modern office spaces, and luxurious residential apartments. - Total Construction Area : 27,995 sq.m, with facilities ranging from a state-of-the-art shopping complex to 69 high-end apartments and extensive office spaces.

- 3 levels of basements and a semi-basement
- Levels 01 & 02 will host a vibrant shopping mall
- Office spaces span across Levels 03-06
- Apartments ranging from 2LDK to penthouses are situated on Levels 07-35.
Emphasis on Sustainability
The project also prioritizes sustainability with features like low carbon-emission materials, extensive use of natural light, and green landscaping elements. A double-skin west-facing wall and other energy-efficient designs will help reduce heat gain, while central chilled water air conditioning and backup generators ensure comfort and reliability.
